Each Phonewebcam user gets a login account on the website. Here they can set up "white lists" of the phone numbers
they are allowing other Phonewebcam users to view their cameras. This is very useful in many situations, such as families where
several members each have a handset, businesses with many staff members or other service providers such as nurseries.
