We intend to protect your personal information and to maintain its quality. We implement appropriate
measures and processes, such as using encryption when transmitting certain sensitive information, to
help us to keep your information secure and to maintain its quality.

Personal information
|
There are times when we may need information from you. You may choose to give us personal information in
a variety of situations. For example, you may want to give us information, such as your name and address
or e-mail address, to correspond with you, to process an order, or to provide you with a subscription or
service. You may give us your credit card details to buy something from us. We intend to let you know how
we will use such information before we collect it from you; if you tell us that you do not want us to use
this information to make further contact with you beyond fulfilling your requests, we will respect your
wishes. If you give us personal information about somebody else, such as a spouse or work colleague, we
will assume that you have their permission to do so.
Uses: (i) To fulfil your requests by us or by others involved in fulfilment, (ii) To contact you for
customer satisfaction surveys, market research or in connection with certain transactions, (iii) By OTAMate
Technology and selected organizations for marketing purposes if you have permitted such use, (iv) In a
non-identifiable format for analysis.
Fulfilling your transaction request: If you request something from an OTAMate Technology site, for example, a product or service, a callback,
or specific marketing materials, we will use the information you provide to fulfil your request. To help
us do this, we may share information with others, for instance, other parts of OTAMate Technology,
Business Partners or financial institutions such as Secure Trading involved in fulfilment. In connection
with a transaction we may also contact you as part of our customer satisfaction surveys or for market
research purposes
Your choices: When we collect information from you, you may tell us that you do not want it used for further marketing
contact and we will respect your wishes

Your content

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video,
messages or other materials ("Content"), whether Public or Private, is the sole responsibility of the
person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not OTAMate Technology, are entirely
responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit via the Service. OTAMate
does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy,
integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to
Content that is offensive, lewd, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will OTAMate Technology
be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any
Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content viewed,
posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
You acknowledge that OTAMate Technology does not endorse the Content and does not assume responsibility
for any obscene or offensive material, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights,
or any crime facilitated by such Content.
You acknowledge that OTAMate Technology does not pre-screen Content, but that OTAMate Technology and its
designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, remove or move
any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, OTAMate Technology and its
designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms and Conditions or is
otherwise objectionable in the sole discretion of OTAMate Technology. You agree that you must evaluate,
and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on
any Content created by OTAMate Technology or submitted to OTAMate Technology.
You acknowledge and agree that OTAMate Technology may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if
required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably
necessary to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce the Terms and Conditions or any other posted
guidelines; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (iv) protect
the rights, property, or personal safety of OTAMate Technology, its Users and the public.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content,
may involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical
requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You further understand that Private Content, while password protected so that the general public cannot
view it, can be accessed by OTAMate Technology at all times and, further, that OTAMate Technology cannot
and does not guarantee that members of the public will not be able to access such Content. For the
purposes of the Terms and Conditions, references to Content means both Public and Private Content,
unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Submission of content
|
Occasionally we may accept ideas and additions that are submitted by users. You agree that by submitting
material for inclusion in Phonewebcam you are giving us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide,
royalty-free license to use and/or modify the submitted materials as we see fit. You agree that you will
not withdraw the submission or attempt to make a charge for its use. Furthermore you warrant that you are
the exclusive copyright holder of the submission, and that the submission in no way violates any other
person or entity's rights

Conditions. This Site also includes links to other internet sites. We make no representations or
warranties about those sites or their content, nor that these links work.

Forum facility
|
If you participate in an OTAMate Technology or Phonewebcam discussion forum, you should be aware that
the information you provide there will be made broadly available to others, potentially inside or outside
Phonewebcam, who have access to that discussion forum. Each participant's opinion on a forum is his or
her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of OTAMate Technology.
In the Phonewebcam Forums, you must not choose a Username that infringes the rights of any third party,
impersonates OTAMate Technology staff or other users, or which is deliberately confusing or which is
offensive, racist, obscene or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to change any Username for any
reason.
When using the Forums, you must not use any language which may be considered by others to be offensive,
racist or obscene, or otherwise infringes the rights of third parties. You must not use the Forums to
harass, threaten, scam or deceive other users. You agree that the Forums are only for Phonewebcam
related discussions, and are not designed or intended to be used as a forum for other types of discussion.
You must not use the Forums to advertise other websites or products.
You agree that for the purpose of preventing offensive language and inappropriate content, we may
automatically or manually censor the content as we see fit, and that we may monitor the content to
help us identify offenders. Sexually harassing, threatening, stalking or otherwise harassing others
may result in legal action being taken against you.
If you are the victim of the sort of behaviour described above when using our Forums, or receive any
other unwanted communications, then you should contact Customer Support to report the violation.

Privacy policy

We shall comply with all applicable Data Protection laws in the UK. Please review the
Phonewebcam privacy statement with regards to users' right to privacy.
The information on that page (and as amended) is deemed to be incorporated into the Terms.
Postings and other communications on the Site or with OTAMate Technology even though password protected
and designated as private, are not guaranteed private. OTAMate Technology cannot guarantee that members
of the public will not be able to access such content. In addition, such content may be published and
edited at the discretion of OTAMate Technology unless specifically instructed otherwise. OTAMate
Technology encourages Users to change their passwords frequently and to use a different password for
accessing the Forums.

This Site uses temporary session cookies to maintain your logged in status and to track your country
(to enable locale enhanced information) and where you entered our site from. Persistence cookies are
used to remember passwords if you select 'Remember me' when you log in.

You acknowledge that the OTAMate Technology Software may occasionally utilize the processor and bandwidth
of your computer (or other applicable device) for the limited purpose of facilitating the relaying of
webcam images in the Phonewebcam network.
You understand that the OTAMate Technology Software will use its commercially reasonable efforts to
protect the privacy and integrity of the computer resources (or other applicable device) you are utilizing,
however, you acknowledge and agree that OTAMate Technology cannot give any warranties in this respect.

You hereby acknowledge that OTAMate Technology owns all intellectual property rights in the materials on
this Site (excluding your Content), including but not limited to all materials associated with
Phonewebcam. You may not use these materials except as expressly provided in these Terms. Unless
indicated to the contrary, all materials on this site including design, text, graphics and images are the
copyright of OTAMate Technology.
